The Excel Import integration is available today.

Structured Excel workbook ingestion with reusable column-mapping profiles.

LORIQ's universal interfaces exist so that every organization can connect — even systems without a native LORIQ integration have a documented, supported path in.

Supported data

Security

Every LORIQ integration — including Excel Import — runs on one shared, hardened connectivity framework rather than per-integration plumbing:

  • Credentials are stored in an encrypted, per-connection vault and are never exposed to browser sessions or logs.
  • Every synced record is scoped to your organization — tenant isolation is enforced at the query layer and verified by automated guard tests.
  • All incoming files pass malware scanning before storage; unscanned bytes are never persisted (fail-closed by design).
  • Imports land as drafts for review — synced data never silently overwrites your records.
  • Every sync, import, and connection change is captured in the platform audit trail.

Authentication

Excel Import connectivity is file-based (File upload / scheduled pickup). No credentials for your source system are shared with LORIQ for manual uploads; scheduled transfer connections store only the transfer credentials you provision, held in LORIQ's encrypted vault.

Files are checksummed for duplicate detection and pass malware scanning before any content is stored.

Setup guide

  1. 1
    Review the documentation

The in-app API documentation covers formats, authentication, and examples for every interface.

  2. 2
    Configure

Set up Excel Import from Settings → Integrations or the developer settings, depending on the interface.

  3. 3
    Validate

Test with a preview or sandbox request before relying on the interface in production workflows.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the technical documentation?

Full, versioned documentation is available inside the platform under developer settings, generated from the same specification the API itself is built from.

Is there rate limiting?

Yes — programmatic interfaces are rate-limited per organization with standard headers so clients can back off gracefully.

Expanding capabilities

  • Continued expansion of documented endpoints and event types as the platform grows.
