The Evaluation & Onboarding Process

Implementing commercial credit software is a strategic decision. We run a structured, transparent process so you know exactly what LORIQ handles before you commit.

1. Portfolio Fit & Evaluation

A fit discussion covers your facility types, covenant complexity, reporting obligations, entities, and current systems. Evaluation access and representative examples are discussed during the sales process.

2. Security & Procurement

Security, architecture, data-handling, and subprocessor information can be reviewed as applicable to your procurement process and proposed deployment.

3. Agreement Integration

The onboarding scope can include agreements, amendments, facilities, reporting templates, and supported extraction workflows. Your team reviews proposed covenant definitions before they control calculations.

4. Deployment & Training

Workspace configuration, data onboarding, team training, and support expectations are agreed for the selected plan and implementation scope.

What you should prepare

To get the most out of an initial conversation, it helps to know your rough facility count, the types of debt in your portfolio, and whether you currently use a treasury management system.
