Your financial data is yours — full stop. We never sell customer data, and we never share borrower information with lenders or financial institutions. Your organization controls user permissions, deciding exactly who can view or edit every module of your credit portfolio.
Protected at every layer.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped strictly to your organization, and protected by role-based access controls (RBAC) on secure cloud infrastructure. Multi-factor authentication and session-level revocation protect every account, and activity is captured for auditability.
Collected with purpose. Nothing more.
We collect only what is needed to operate your credit portfolio — organization and entity details, facility and covenant data, uploaded documents, and account information, plus basic usage data to keep the service reliable and secure. Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service, and you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
Your documents remain your property.
All uploaded documents, financial statements, agreements, forecasts, and analyses remain the property of the customer. LORIQ does not claim ownership of customer content and will never use proprietary customer information to train public AI models without explicit permission.

LORIQ is designed exclusively for commercial borrowers. We do not provide underwriting platforms for lenders, and we do not share borrower information with financial institutions. Every feature exists to strengthen your position — never to monitor it for someone else.
