Use LORIQ lawfully and responsibly.
By accessing the service you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, and malicious uploads are prohibited.
You own your data. Always.
All data you upload to LORIQ remains yours. We do not sell it, we do not license it, and we do not use proprietary customer information to train public AI models. Your organization controls who can access your data through role-based permissions.
AI supports your decisions — it doesn't make them.
LORIQ provides AI-assisted insights, calculations, and summaries to support decision-making in monitoring commercial credit facilities and related obligations. Platform outputs are intended to support — not replace — review against executed agreements, financial records, and applicable professional judgment.
Built for reliability.
We work to keep LORIQ available, accurate, and performant, including continuous backups and planned maintenance windows communicated in advance where practical. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Clear lines of ownership.
LORIQ Technologies, LLC owns the platform software, branding, workflows, and AI models. Customers own their uploaded data, documents, financial statements, forecasts, and analyses. Neither party acquires rights in the other's property by using the service.
Responsibility, clearly defined.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LORIQ Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using platform outputs.
Governed by California law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
