Use LORIQ lawfully and responsibly.
By accessing the service you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, and malicious uploads are prohibited.
You own your data. Always.
All data you upload to LORIQ remains yours. LORIQ receives the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and improve the Services for your organization, as described in the Agreement and incorporated Privacy Policy. We do not sell identifiable Customer Data or use it to train generally available AI models except where you expressly opt in. Your organization controls supported sharing through roles, permissions, and authorization controls.
AI supports your decisions — it doesn't make them.
LORIQ provides AI-assisted insights, calculations, and summaries to support decision-making in monitoring commercial credit facilities and related obligations. Platform outputs are intended to support — not replace — review against executed agreements, financial records, and applicable professional judgment.
Built for reliability.
We work to keep LORIQ available, accurate, and performant. Service-specific maintenance and operational practices may be communicated in advance where practical, and routine backups are handled through documented service practices. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Clear lines of ownership.
LORIQ Technologies, LLC owns the platform software, branding, workflows, and AI models. Customers own their uploaded data, documents, financial statements, forecasts, and analyses. Neither party acquires rights in the other's property by using the service.
Responsibility, clearly defined.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LORIQ Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using platform outputs.
Governed by California law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the applicable version and effective date. Material changes follow the notice, timing, and affirmative-acceptance requirements in the Agreement and applicable law; posting or continued use alone does not bypass those requirements.
