Customer Data remains subject to the Subscriber Agreement. LORIQ does not sell identifiable Customer Data as a standalone commercial asset or give lenders, advisers, or other participants access simply because you use the Services. Supported sharing happens through your organization’s roles, permissions, and affirmative authorization.
Depending on the features used, this can include account and organization details, authentication and security information, financial records and documents, AI inputs and outputs, technical and Usage Data, billing references, and support or website-request information.
LORIQ uses managed AI functionality to provide requested calculations, analyses, summaries, and other outputs. Configurations and provider commitments do not permit Customer Data to train or improve generally available AI models except where a customer expressly opts in. We do not promise zero provider retention or immediate deletion of every provider-held copy.
LORIQ maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards. Our architecture combines provider controls with LORIQ-controlled application, authentication, authorization, data-protection, and operational controls. No security program prevents every incident.
After termination, the Agreement provides a thirty-day limited read-only/export period, subject to its exceptions. That period does not itself trigger automatic deletion. After a sufficiently identified request from a verified authorized representative, requested Customer Data is deleted from active systems within thirty calendar days, subject to permitted retained records and routine backup rotation.
A conversation copy can be requested independently. Product updates and marketing use a separate, optional, affirmative opt-in that is unchecked by default. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent a new copy request, and transactional communications are not marketing consent.
Material provider roles and scope are maintained on our public Subprocessors directory. Related provider roles can differ: for example, Stripe may have mixed responsibilities, while customer-connected services are conditional and customer-authorized.
For an access, correction, deletion, copy, or other privacy request, email info@loriq.ai with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please identify the relevant organization, request scope, and a way to contact you. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
