Google Drive
The Google Drive integration is available today.
Credit files live in document repositories. The Google Drive integration keeps LORIQ's document workspace in step with the folders your team already uses — loan agreements, compliance certificates, appraisals, and correspondence flow in continuously instead of being re-uploaded by hand.
Documents keep their version history: when a file changes at the source, LORIQ records a new version in the chain rather than losing the prior copy.

Content-hash deduplication prevents the same document from cluttering your workspace twice.
Security
Every LORIQ integration — including Google Drive — runs on one shared, hardened connectivity framework rather than per-integration plumbing:
- Credentials are stored in an encrypted, per-connection vault and are never exposed to browser sessions or logs.
- Every synced record is scoped to your organization — tenant isolation is enforced at the query layer and verified by automated guard tests.
- All incoming files pass malware scanning before storage; unscanned bytes are never persisted (fail-closed by design).
- Imports land as drafts for review — synced data never silently overwrites your records.
- Every sync, import, and connection change is captured in the platform audit trail.
- Access is scoped to the specific sites, drives, or folders you choose — LORIQ never gets blanket access to your content.
Authentication
LORIQ connects to Google Drive using Native API (Google OAuth 2.0). An administrator on your team authorizes the connection directly with Google Drive — LORIQ never sees or stores your Google Drive password. Access tokens are held in LORIQ's encrypted credential vault and refreshed automatically.
Disconnecting removes the stored credentials immediately; where the provider supports token revocation, LORIQ revokes access as part of disconnect.
Setup guide
- 1Connect
From Settings → Integrations, choose Google Drive and authorize with an administrator account.
- 2Select locations
Pick the Google Drive sites, drives, or folders that hold credit-relevant documents. LORIQ verifies each selection server-side before saving it.
- 3Preview
Run a preview to see what would sync. Previews are read-only and store nothing.
- 4Sync
Enable the schedule. New and changed documents are scanned, versioned, and filed automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Does LORIQ modify or delete files in Google Drive?
No. The integration is read-only against Google Drive — LORIQ copies or references documents but never changes the source.
What happens to infected or unscannable files?
They are rejected before storage. LORIQ fails closed: if a file cannot be scanned, it is not stored, and administrators are notified of scanner outages.
Can we limit which folders LORIQ sees?
Yes. You choose the exact locations during setup, and access can be narrowed or revoked at any time.
